Single-origin lemons from a sixth-generation grove in Sicily.

We've worked with the Romano family in Siracusa since 2019. Their groves yield about 60 tonnes a year, and we get the ones the supermarkets pass on — the small, fragrant, impossibly bright ones.

Cold-pressed, blended with shea, rolled into a stick. That's the whole product. No alcohol, no parabens, no perfume.

A small, quiet cafe at the corner of Lamb Street — brewing single-origin coffee, pulling pastries from the oven, and refusing to take itself too seriously.

We open at seven, brew in small batches, and close when the croissants are gone.

Coffee from a single farm in Yirgacheffe. Pastries from the bakery on Brick Lane. Eggs from a farm in Suffolk. We change the menu only when the seasons do.

Our space

A room of fourteen seats, two benches, and the slow hum of a Marzocco.

We stripped the space back to the brick and built it slowly, piece by piece, with reclaimed timber and salvaged hardware. We made it the kind of cafe we'd want to find — quiet enough to think in, warm enough to stay all morning.
